Independent Africa Risk Intelligence.
Built for Organisations Operating in Complex Environments.
INGO ADVISORY is a boutique operational intelligence and geopolitical risk firm. We enable multinational corporations, humanitarian organisations, and institutional investors to decipher volatility, secure assets, and maintain continuity across the African continent.
Clarifying Our Mandate
We operate exclusively within the domain of strategic intelligence and executive advisory. We maintain strict independence from physical hardware, kinetic security delivery, and product sales. This preserves the absolute objectivity of our analysis.
Physical Guarding
NOT an active physical security contractor or man-guarding company.
IT Security
NOT a technical cybersecurity vendor or systems installer.
Military Operations
NOT a private military or defense logistics contractor.
Boutique Africa Risk Advisory
Founder’s Governance Statement
“In complex operational environments, generic data feeds fail to protect personnel or investments. INGO ADVISORY was established to bridge the gap between high-level geopolitical analysis and boots-on-the-ground operational security. We do not inflate our organisational footprint; we optimise our specialist intelligence network to ensure global executives receive vetted, context-rich assessments before risk translates into disruption.”

INGO ADVISORY • Risk Intelligence & Strategic Advisory
The Rigour Behind Our Intelligence
We avoid predictive hyperbole. Our methodology relies on layered verification protocols to convert unstructured raw information into strategic operational decisions.
Trusted Regional Sources
Direct operational human reporting networks across key economic and high-threat African corridors, providing qualitative ground truth.
Structured OSINT
Systematic harvesting of open-source intelligence — ACLED, ReliefWeb, UKMTO, NOTAMs, localised news syndicates and digital risk signatures.
Analyst Peer Review
Rigorous cross-examination of incoming data sets to scrub noise, eliminate cognitive bias, and identify disinformation vectors.
Evidence-Based Assessment
Boardroom briefings anchored by probabilistic analysis, structured indicator tracking and clear operational risk matrices.
Our Five-Step Advisory Process
Mandate Scoping
Defining specific operational risk tolerances and intelligence collection requirements.
Threat Modelling
Compiling systemic regional threats, security blindspots, and actor profiles.
Strategic Synthesis
Formulating localised crisis trigger matrices and tailored security architectures.
Implementation & Training
Deploying contingency protocols, secure path planning, and operational alignment.
Continuous Intel Cycle
Transitioning to analyst-reviewed situational feeds via the Africa Intelligence Centre™.
Before Risk Becomes Disruption
Most platforms aggregate historical incident feeds. INGO ADVISORY looks forward. We combine structural socio-political tracking with deep regional source networks to map threat paths before they hit your operations.
Boardroom-Calibre Deliverables
Every strategic analysis package is structured for immediate execution by risk committees, legal counsels, and chief executive suites.
Absolute Operational Discretion
We execute assignments under strict confidentiality. Client identities and operations are decoupled from raw tracking metrics.
Institutional Subscriptions & Access Tokens
Answers to the questions institutional clients most often ask before onboarding to the Africa Intelligence Centre.
01What is an Institutional Subscription?
Institutional Subscriptions are firm-wide access agreements to the INGO ADVISORY Africa Intelligence Centre. A single contract covers named analysts, executives, and security teams within your organisation — with tier-based access to country risk ratings, incident feeds, thematic briefings, and analyst support.
02Which subscription tiers are available?
Four tiers: Free ($0) for weekly headline briefings; Basic ($99/month) for country risk ratings and the monthly Africa Risk Brief; Professional ($499/month) for full incident feeds, country deep-dives, and quarterly analyst calls; and Enterprise ($3,000/month) for bespoke reporting, real-time alerting, watchlists, and named analyst support.
03Who qualifies as an institutional client?
Corporates operating or investing across Africa, INGOs and humanitarian agencies, development finance institutions, embassies and diplomatic missions, law firms, and family offices. We do not onboard anonymous entities — every institution completes a light KYC step before access is issued.
04How does the “Request Access Token” workflow work?
Submit the Request Intelligence Briefing form with your institutional email, organisation, and use-case. An analyst reviews the request within one business day, confirms scope and tier, and issues a signed access token tied to your account. The token unlocks the Client Portal, downloadable briefings, and (for Enterprise) real-time alert channels.
05How long does token issuance take?
Standard institutional requests are reviewed within 24 hours (business days, London time). Enterprise onboarding — which includes NDA execution, watchlist configuration, and named-analyst assignment — typically completes within three to five business days.
06Can access be shared across a team?
Yes. Access tokens are issued per named user, but institutional subscriptions include seat allocations by tier. Additional seats can be provisioned by your account lead. Sharing individual tokens outside the licensed institution is not permitted and will trigger revocation.
07How are tokens revoked or rotated?
Tokens can be revoked immediately via the Client Portal or by contacting your analyst. We rotate tokens on staff changes, contract renewals, or on request. Enterprise clients receive audit logs of token usage and access events.
08Is my data and query history confidential?
Yes. Client identities, watchlists, and query history are decoupled from raw tracking metrics and never disclosed. We operate under strict confidentiality obligations — see our Firm Positioning and Absolute Operational Discretion commitments above.
09How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Institutional subscriptions run on monthly or annual terms. You may upgrade at any time (pro-rated), downgrade at renewal, or cancel with 30 days' notice for annual plans. Contact your account lead or the Request Intelligence Briefing desk to change tier.
Ready to request an access token?
Submit a briefing request and an analyst will confirm your tier and issue credentials within one business day.
