Acceptance

By accessing this website, the intelligence platform or the client portal you agree to these terms. If you access the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Nature of intelligence products

Assessments, incident records, risk ratings and forecasts are analytical judgements based on open-source reporting, official data and practitioner engagement at the time of publication. They are advisory in nature and are not guarantees of outcome, insurance advice, legal advice or a substitute for your own duty-of-care decisions.

Automated feeds and AI-assisted articles are reviewed against the underlying source record, but source reporting may be incomplete or subsequently revised.

Permitted use

Subscribers may use intelligence products internally within the licensed entity. Redistribution, resale, systematic scraping, or republication of substantial extracts without written permission is prohibited.

Credentials are issued to named individuals and must not be shared.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in US dollars on the cycle selected at purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; fees already invoiced are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

All content, methodologies, scoring frameworks and platform software remain the property of INGO ADVISORY or its licensors. Source material remains the property of the originating publisher and is cited accordingly.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INGO ADVISORY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on published intelligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
